a full-color cover. The program is distributed free of charge to
all festival-goers over Labor Day Weekend for a total readership of 9,500+.
Advertising reservation deadline is July 18; digital ads/materials due no later than July 25.

Mechanicals
Ads may be submitted as a PC compatible file in the following
formats: CorelDraw 8.0 - 11.0 (please convert all fonts to curves
prior to saving), PageMaker 6.5 (be sure to use the "Prepare
for Service Provider" utility to include fonts and all linked
files), or Adobe Illustrator, TIF, JPEG, PDF or EPS files. Photos
should be scanned at 300 dpi. Line screen is 150 lpi. For full color
ads, please be sure to convert photos and scans to CMYK prior to
placement or they will not print as anticipated.
A PC-formatted CD is the acceptable medium for data
transfer or you may email your file directly to crista@folkwest.com
(please no files larger than 5 MB).
Camera-ready ads that require additional work will
be billed at $30/hour.
