Your tickets will be mailed via first class US Mail in a white envelope with the return address "FolkWest Inc." We will send orders of 6 or more tickets by certified mail. If you do not receive your tickets within 3 weeks of ordering you must contact us at 877-472-4672. We will not attempt to locate or replace orders not received once 2 months or more have elapsed since you placed your order.

On-Site Vehicle Pass Sold in conjunction with 3-Day pass with camping
only; vehicles may not leave and re-enter Reservoir Hill Park. Only 400 will be sold.
The VIP ticket includes microbrew beer, beverages,
food from the VIP grill (veggie burgers, brats, hamburgers
and hot dogs), and seating in the VIP area at stage left. ID will be checked for those consuming alcoholic beverages.

Refund Policy: Full refund of ticket price less $5 prior
to July 31, 2008. After July 31, no refunds will be given. Tickets must be mailed
back with invoice and postmarked no later than July 31, 2008 to
receive a refund.
